1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them

In the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first before sending it back.

5. How to Request a Return

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
